UPSC Management Optional |
Management is one of the relevant subjects for the UPSC aspirant even after clearing the UPSC Exam as management is an integral part of an IAS officer’s work profile. Candidates who pursued management degrees, or are working as managers would find it an ideal optional subject. The candidate should make a study of the concept and development of management as science and art drawing upon the contributions of leading thinkers of management and apply the concepts to the real life of government and business decision making keeping in view the changes in the strategic and operative environment.
